I'm a movement optimist and advocate
I don't believe in 'bad' movements.
I've dabbled in multiple sports such as dance, powerlifting, bicycling, martial arts, and rock climbing...
I think it's more about preparation and enjoyment.
I love empowering others to discover their strength
I've done some modest strength competitions, and also coached dads up to 200kg deadlifts, dancers up to a 100kg, and gotten people back to strength after years of being told they would never lift again.
